New Member Induction Meet

Every quarter we welcome the dealers who cleared vetting into the association. The induction is part orientation, part introduction — the moment new members meet the people they'll refer business to for years.

We walk through the code of conduct, the grievance process, and how the cross-zone referral network actually works day to day.

The meet ends with an open networking hour over chai, because the whole point of PLRA is the people in the room.
