PLRA Annual Land Conclave 2026

The Annual Land Conclave is the largest gathering in Pune's land calendar — a full day where dealers, developers, legal experts and civic officials share one room.

This year's programme opens with a market outlook for the Pune region, followed by panels on the Mulshi and Chakan corridors, title and 7/12 reforms, and financing for plotted developments.

The evening closes with the felicitation of members who have set the standard for fair, well-documented dealing through the year. Registration is open to all members and a limited number of invited guests.
